Day 5: 30 Days of Egg Toast

OKAYYY YALLL, sorry.. but I did not take pics during the process! Woopsy. I definitely have a whole new appreciation for bloggers and their expert photo skills and how it must actually take them about 10 times as long to make the meal when they have to stop and take a good picture for every step.

But this cool hip early 2000s princess is the lemony, fresh toast this line up has been needing.

Ingredients:

🍞 white toast
🌱 πŸ‹ πŸ₯› oniony lemon oregano greek yogurt creamy spread (deets below)
🐟 lox
🌱 watercress
πŸ₯š poached egg
πŸ‹ lemon & lemon zest
πŸ„ truffle oil

The main thing ya gotta know how to make here is the onion dip/spread like thing. It’s pretty easy, and super tasty, dip yo chips in it, spread it on yo toast. Get a good few spoon fulls of greek yogurt into a bowl, dash of olive oil, squeeze a lemon, add half of a diced onion, tablespoon or so of oregano, salt, aaand - if you’ve got lemon pepper.. doooo iiiiit.
