Day 24: 30 Days of Egg Toast

Our first Italian egg toast. Truly shocking it took this long. But I love Italian food dearly and sometimes.. it just don’t work with eggs. But if there were any pasta that’s a breakfast pasta.. it’s CARBONARA!
Bacon (or pancetta if you fancy authentic like that), parmeggiano, egg yolks, peeeas, CREAMY GOODNESS. Ugh. Not to mention the crispy garlic. Hot damn.
For this here toast, I followed this carbonara recipe from Food & Wine. For the actual toast part.. you should 100% make it a garlic bread. Just saying.
This one was heavy, but delicious. As most well-done pasta dishes are. ENJOY IT!
