Day 22: 30 Days of Egg Toast
The Plastics
This one was INTENSIVE. We had 4 people working in the background to get these out in time. Each of these bloodies are 100% made from scratch. Excuse me while I do my best to remember exactly what went into them all, it was a lot of seasoning, tasting, juicing, tasting.. etc. etc. Bottom line is to follow them taste buds!
Tomatillo Bloody
Blend:
12 Tomatillos
4 Jalapenos
3 Celery Stalks
Strain:
Pour mix over a fine mesh strainer + strain as much juice out as possible
After blending add:
4 Limes Juiced
Salt
Serve with tequila on ice!
Bloody Bloody
Blend:
8 Campari Tomatoes
4 Garlic Cloves
Strain:
Pour mix over a fine mesh strainer + strain as much juice out as possible
After Strain:
4 Lemons Juiced
1/3 Cup Pepperoncini Juice
1/3 of The Small Tobasco Bottle
Swig of Worcestshire Sauce
Lots of Salt
Lots of Pepper
Paprika
Any other spice to your liking!
Serve with vodka on ice!
Golden Mary
Blend:
2 Boiled Golden Beets (boil for 30 minutes or until you can stick a fork in it)
2 Giant Yellow Heirloom Tomatoes
Strain:
Pour mix over a fine mesh strainer + strain as much juice out as possible
After Strain:
4 Lemons Juiced
Lots o’ Salt
Lots of Paprika
Ginger - if you’re into that extra zing
Serve with vodka on ice!
This one was intentionally the more mild bloody, so spice it up to your liking peeps.
