Day 22: 30 Days of Egg Toast

This one was INTENSIVE. We had 4 people working in the background to get these out in time. Each of these bloodies are 100% made from scratch. Excuse me while I do my best to remember exactly what went into them all, it was a lot of seasoning, tasting, juicing, tasting.. etc. etc. Bottom line is to follow them taste buds!

Tomatillo Bloody

Blend:

  • 12 Tomatillos

  • 4 Jalapenos

  • 3 Celery Stalks

Strain:

  • Pour mix over a fine mesh strainer + strain as much juice out as possible

After blending add:

  • 4 Limes Juiced

  • Salt

Serve with tequila on ice!

Bloody Bloody

Blend:

  • 8 Campari Tomatoes

  • 4 Garlic Cloves

Strain:

  • Pour mix over a fine mesh strainer + strain as much juice out as possible

After Strain:

  • 4 Lemons Juiced

  • 1/3 Cup Pepperoncini Juice

  • 1/3 of The Small Tobasco Bottle

  • Swig of Worcestshire Sauce

  • Lots of Salt

  • Lots of Pepper

  • Paprika

  • Any other spice to your liking!

Serve with vodka on ice!

Golden Mary

Blend:

  • 2 Boiled Golden Beets (boil for 30 minutes or until you can stick a fork in it)

  • 2 Giant Yellow Heirloom Tomatoes

Strain:

  • Pour mix over a fine mesh strainer + strain as much juice out as possible

After Strain:

  • 4 Lemons Juiced

  • Lots o’ Salt

  • Lots of Paprika

  • Ginger - if you’re into that extra zing

Serve with vodka on ice!

This one was intentionally the more mild bloody, so spice it up to your liking peeps.
