Day 12: 30 Days of Egg Toast

Shit yall, this one is freaking fire. Like, HELL FIRE. Annnnd, if you watch The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, you’d get that. :)

Ingredients:

  • Chili oil

  • Lemons

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Olive oil

  • Dijon mustard

  • Mayonaise

  • Pimento stuffed olives

  • Bacon

  • Dill

  • Paprika

  • Arugula

  • Bread

  • EGGS

GET YO BACON READY. Salt ‘n pep. Set your oven to 350 and put this in for 20-25 minutes. Check on in though. No bacon is the same, and definitely no oven is the same.

Boil your eggs for 10 minutes, we want that yolk hard! Chop your olives in half.

PERFECTION. Spoon out these yolks and put them in a bowl with a lil’ mayo and a lil’ dijon. Whip it baby!

God I want a deviled egg right now. Scoop your mixture back into the egg.

CHOP THAT BACON.

Toss together your arugula, lemon juice, oliv oil, and salt and pep. Add that to your toast first. Check your deviled eggs in half, then in half again. Then it’s straight decorating from there with your olives and bacon! Top it off with some paprika and dill.
